"Unemployed 2 years, in foreclosure, need help"

I have been unemployed for almost 2 years, my house is being foreclosed upon (January 16th), and the stress has severely affected my health. I live alone and have tried to get assistance from several sources, got some help with my utilities, but nothing else. I live in the southwest, an area that has been hard hit with the economy and housing downturn.
Any help will be much appreciated. I will provide proof of my plight.
